Everything Clikma does, feature by feature
205 features available out of the box, organized by area and explained one by one. No fine print: what is listed here is in the platform today.
Learning coverage
117 of 163 learning capabilities, out of the box. The average covers the other eight platforms analyzed.
Choosing a learning platform is, to a large extent, a matter of knowing exactly what it does and what it does not. That is why this catalog does not summarize: it lists every feature Clikma offers out of the box today, grouped by area, with a short explanation of what each one solves.
Clikma's focus is corporate learning: from planning and SENCE (Chile's public training and employment service, which administers the training tax incentive) to instructor-led training, assessment, analytics and its own artificial intelligence. Added to that are the people management features that sit alongside training, such as performance, workplace climate and document compliance.

How we counted
- The catalog comes from a comparison of 312 features across 22 areas: Clikma's own plus 87 standard capabilities that other platforms on the market offer. The list starts from what Clikma does, so it measures how fully Clikma's own offering is covered; it is not a general ranking of the market.
- “Out of the box” means available today in the production platform, with no additional development. Anything that exists only in part is not counted: of the 312 features, Clikma has 205 out of the box.
- The market average covers eight other platforms, global and regional, assessed with the same criteria and using public information only (websites, documentation and help centers). Cutoff date: September 2026.
- The comparison is shown for learning and for platform, which is where Clikma competes. In people management, Clikma integrates with each company's HR systems.
- The percentages count features, not their depth or ease of use: that is what the demo is for.
