Instructor-led training and webinars, from scheduling to the attendance record
Clikma schedules multi-day sessions, books rooms, sends calendar invitations, takes attendance by QR code and has the attendance record ready, on the same platform as your e-learning.
Coverage in this area
12 of 15 capabilities analyzed in this area, out of the box. How we counted
In-person, instructor-led training (ILT) has logistics that e-learning does not: rooms to book, instructors to coordinate, invitations to confirm, attendance to take on site and an administrative closeout that tends to be left pending. When all of that is kept in separate spreadsheets, attendance arrives late and stays disconnected from the rest of the training.
Clikma runs that operation on the same platform as the online courses. Each session is scheduled with its days, room, instructor, provider and costs; calendar invitations show who accepted; attendance is taken by QR code or recorded as a percentage for each session day; and the attendance record (class register) is downloaded from the schedule. Webinars are scheduled the same way, with the video conference link in the invitation.
Session scheduling
Scheduling of multi-day sessions
Each session day has its own room, instructor, provider, costs and participants, with a calendar for the administrator and one for the learner.
Schedule conflict warning
Before confirming, it checks whether the participants already have another activity at that time.
Calendar invitations with response tracking Differentiator
Instructors and participants receive the invitation by email, and every 5 minutes Clikma reads whether they accepted, declined or marked it as tentative.
Webinars and video conferencing
The calendar invitation carries the Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet link, and each invitee's response is read.
Attendance
QR code attendance
A QR code per program or per person, with automatic login or entry with just a code, and the location of each check-in recorded.
Percentage attendance for each session day Differentiator
Recorded from 0% to 100% per person and per session day, and also through an Excel upload.
Catering for training sessions Differentiator
Meals are recorded by RUT (the Chilean ID number) or by code and validated on site; that validation also marks attendance.
Attendance record (class register)
It is downloaded, ready to use, from the session schedule.
Rooms, instructors and closeout
Training rooms with bookings
Capacity, custom fields, bookings, recurring series, provisional bookings with approval and usage history.
Internal and external instructors
Instructor records, assignment to programs, hours taught and export.
Administrative closeout of programs Differentiator
Each program has its own closing date, and Clikma sends a reminder about those that still have attendance pending.
Follow-up module based on attendance Differentiator
The next module is assigned only to those who attended.
Differentiator A feature that none of the other platforms analyzed offers in full out of the box.
