Training with SENCE, from needs assessment to reporting
Clikma builds Clave SENCE into the course, manages groups, actions and sworn statements, and connects it all with annual planning, seat quotas and the training budget.
Coverage in this area
14 of 15 capabilities analyzed in this area, out of the box. How we counted
In Chile, training under the tax incentive (franquicia tributaria) takes more than an online course: you have to record attendance with Clave SENCE (each participant's SENCE login), organize groups by training action and by OTEC, keep supporting records for every participant and show that the plan was carried out. SENCE is Chile's public training and employment service, which administers that incentive for companies that train their people; an OTEC is a training provider accredited by SENCE. Clikma covers that entire circuit within the same platform where people learn.
And because training is decided before it is delivered, planning lives in the same place: needs assessment, an annual plan with hours and costs, seat quotas by department and budget by cost center, with fulfillment measured against what was planned.
