What do the most common terms in training and talent management mean?
This glossary explains, in one or two sentences, the terms that come up when choosing and running a corporate learning platform: what an LMS and a SCORM package are, what SENCE, an OTEC and an OTIC are, what the DC-3 certificate or NOM-035 is, how eNPS is measured, what a 9-box matrix is and what SSO, SLA or ISO/IEC 27001 mean. When a term has its own page on the site, the glossary links to it.
