Performance and training

Performance and training in one ecosystem

When performance reviews and training live in separate systems, nobody sees a person's full journey. In Clikma they are on the same platform, on the same people, job roles and managers.

Reviews in spreadsheets, reminders by email… and nobody knows where the process stands? Hi, I'm David. Meet Clikma Performance: evaluating your people, from start to finish, on the same platform where they learn. With the Process builder you set up your cycle to fit: you choose the stages, who takes part and with which rules.

Self-assessment, manager review, goals, feedback and closing: start from a template or from a blank page. Each person sees what's theirs to do and by when, and answers in a few clicks: it saves automatically. Managers rate competencies and goals on a clear scale, with the person's self-assessment in view.

Then, the feedback conversation: what was discussed and agreed is recorded, and the person closes their review. And if you're in HR, you have the whole process in view. Progress by stage and by structure, so you know where things are pending before the deadline. Results and reports in Excel and PDF, and reports that arrive in your inbox on their own.

From compliance to impact: evaluate, talk with and develop your people, all in Clikma. Clikma powers up your organization's learning ecosystem. Write to our accounts team: more at clikma.com

Is there software that integrates performance reviews with training?

Yes. Clikma is a Chilean learning and talent management ecosystem in which performance reviews and training are on the same platform: the same people, the same job roles and the same management structure, with a single sign-in for each person. Managers review their team's performance and track their training from the same place, and HR does not have to cross-reference spreadsheets from two systems.

With everything in one place, the loop closes: the review shows what needs to be developed, those gaps feed the training needs assessment and the year's training plan, training is assigned automatically by job role, area or location, and the manager later assesses whether what was learned is applied on the job.

Clikma has more than 400,000 registered users, and Santa Rita has reviewed its teams' performance on the platform since the 2025 cycle, in the same place where it trains them.

Why it pays to have them together

When they are separate, performance and training become two conversations that never meet.

The full cycle in Clikma

In Clikma, each person's review and training live on the same platform, tied to their job role and their manager.

For managers and for each person

Managers and each person see their performance and training without switching systems.

  • My Team

Managers track their team's training and review their performance from the same place.

  • My Profile

Each person sees their training, performance and goals in a single view.

  • Staged onboarding

New hires go through their tasks, their support network, their documents and the platform's courses, with their progress in view.

A case in production: Santa Rita

Santa Rita has used Clikma since 2022 and has reviewed its teams' performance on the platform since the 2025 cycle.

  • 2025 cycle

More than 1,500 goals set and more than 290 people with their final review completed.

  • History

More than 3,700 reviews from 2020 to 2024 loaded on the platform.

How to connect performance with training

The platform helps, but the process is what makes the connection. These practices work best.

  • Use the same competencies

The competencies that are reviewed and the ones that are trained should come from the same job profile.

  • Take the gaps to the training needs assessment

Review the results of the performance review when putting together the needs assessment and the year's training plan.

  • Agree on concrete actions in the feedback

Each conversation ends with two or three development actions with a deadline, such as a course, a learning path or a project.

  • Measure on-the-job application

Ask the manager to assess, a few weeks later, whether what was learned is being applied, and look at it again in the next cycle.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a platform that integrates performance reviews and training?

Yes. Clikma brings performance reviews and corporate training together on the same platform, on the same people, job roles and managers, along with onboarding, climate and analytics.

Why integrate performance with training?

So that what the review shows turns into training, and to measure whether that training is applied on the job. With separate systems, people and job roles drift apart and managers have to look in two places.

How do you go from the performance review to the training plan?

By using the gaps from the review as input for the training needs assessment (DNC) and the year's plan, with actions agreed in the feedback conversation and with training assigned by job role, area or location.

Can managers see their team's performance and training in the same place?

Yes. In Clikma, from My Team, managers track their team's training and review their performance without switching systems.

How do you measure whether training improved performance?

By combining the training transfer survey, in which the manager assesses whether what was learned is applied on the job, with the results of the next performance cycle and the operation's indicators.

Which company uses Clikma for performance and training?

Santa Rita, from the wine industry, has used Clikma since 2022 and has reviewed its teams' performance on the platform since the 2025 cycle.
